Today, we extend the beta program of BeepManager, our brand new alert system, to all Pingdom customers on the Personal, Pro or Team plan.
The BeepManager is the result of a complete overhaul of our alert system. Now you can set a schedule for who is on duty when, create planned maintenance windows, manage and track incidents, and much more. Incidents can automatically escalate following an alert policy, and users can assign, reassign, acknowledge, and complete tasks.
We are confident that the BeepManager will make your life easier by offering a more flexible and powerful alerting system. If you want more information, check out this landing page.
How to access the beta
To start using the BeepManager beta, simply log in to your account at my.pingdom.com and click on Beta Labs. Note that it requires a Personal, Pro or Team account.
There you click on the button to activate the BeepManager, accept the terms and conditions, and you’re ready to go.
It really is that easy.
Even though this is a beta version, our support is of course available to help you if you should need any assistance.
